Me: Lily, go get your pajamas on, and I'll let you plant some peas.
Lily: But we have to wait for grass to grow first. Right?
Me: No, we plant vegetables in the dirt, not the grass.
Lily: Eeewww, that is Disgusting.

We Moved
It's been a crazy month! Actually it's been a crazy year. Tyler finished building my mom's house, she moved into it. We sold one of our businesses & moved it. Trisha sold all of her stuff at an Estate sell & moved into my moms house. We moved us & our 3 businesses. Crazy.

Parking Garage Campout
Lily: Mom, remember that funeral we went to with all the cry babies at it?
.......................
Lily: This is a nice parking garage. It's so dark. People might like to sleep here. Can we sleep here tonight? It's so nice and dark.
With the way she's been sleeping the past month, I may take her up on her idea to camp out in a local parking garage... IF she promises to sleep.

Night Owl Baby Shower
My friend did all the food for the party, so all I had to worry about was the decorations & party favors. Maybe I should go into party planning? I really enjoy making party favors.
Anyhow, it was a fun shower.... and I forgot to take pictures of the new mom to be.
*I know, I spelled advice wrong. It was late last night when I made the book. I realized this morning after the shower started.

Feb. 29, 2012
Most people who knew him would agree that he was the most likeable funny guy around. He was always making us laugh.
He had a lot of energy too. Last year (at age 89) he re-tiled his bathroom floors & fixed the shingles on his roof.
Once, just after Tyler and I got married, we turned on the T.V. The news was on. We immediately recognized my grandpa. He was standing in his yard watering his lawn. A news reporter was interviewing him. The caption near the bottom of the screen said: "John R. Atwood - Water Waster". Tyler and I were laughing so hard watching my grandpa on the news happily watering his lawn with the caption "water waster" below him.
The news anchor was asking my grandpa why he was wasting water during the day. I wish I could remember what my grandpa said, but it was witty, and funny. I do remember the news anchor laughing at his response and commenting that she couldn't argue with his logic.
Goodbye grandpa. We all miss you already!
